Yes. Medical coding is not software programming — the word "coding" here means assigning a standard code to a diagnosis or procedure. If you can use a browser and type, you have enough computer skill. What matters far more is your medical subject knowledge, which you already have from your degree.
Fees depend on the certification you choose and whether you take the classroom or online batch. We publish the current figure over a call rather than on the website, because it changes with the exam voucher cost. Instalments are available, and we will tell you the total, including the AAPC or AHIMA exam fee, before you enrol — no charges appear later.
It is, with one condition we state upfront: you have to complete the training, clear your certification and attend the interviews we arrange. We cannot place a student who stops attending. For everyone who finishes the programme, we keep referring and preparing you until you are placed.
Usually for the first role, yes. The large coding employers have their delivery centres in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, and most freshers work from office for the initial training and production period. After that, a lot of coders move to hybrid or fully remote roles and come back home. Some employers now hire remote freshers directly, and we tell you when those openings come up.
